Meera graduated from the TVB School of Habitat Studies, New Delhi in 2003 and began her career with a multinational Dutch firm CSO Pvt Ltd Gurgaon.
Drawn to Auroville in 2004, she has since worked on projects ranging from Residential and School, Architectural Archiving of Matrimandir, Earth construction with Earth institute, Planning works with ATDC, Heritage restoration with INTACH Pondicherry to landscaping for Terminal 3 at New Delhi International Airport, and design development of the Matrimandir Twelve Gardens.
In 2012, she founded Earthweavers, a practice dedicated to weaving sustainability, tradition, and contemporary design into harmonious spaces.

Marc Desplanque
Marc joined Auroville in 2002, He was invited in 2004 by the chief architect of Auroville Roger Anger to work on the design and execution of the twelve Matrimandir gardens, which he continues till today after having explored and authored about their deeper significance and symbols. Sixty of his Paintings on Sri Aurobindo’s Epic Poem Savitri was published by Savitri foundation, New Delhi, under the title Dream for Coming Things.
He is also the French translator of Sri Aurobindo’ Record of Yoga.
His upcoming books are a complete French translation of Sri Aurobindo’s Epic poem Savitri and a compilation of his oil paintings on Himalaya.
